Happy Friday! I love the weekend, even though it goes by too fast. With the sun peeking through the last couple of days, I hope that I can grab some time to relax.

I love vintage images, and these are no exception. By the designer Amy Rowan, she showcases the eclectic and timeless images from earlier generations. One of my favorite items is the Perpetual Calendar. Those are some of my favorite images from the set. I love it all-- there is nothing better than great paper goodness. Judging a book by its cover...

Hi all! The weekend is coming, I can almost taste it! I don't have much planned this weekend, which is actually a good thing since lately everything is centered around school plans these days. I actually might be able to finish up my chair project this weekend (more on that later).

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day! Definitely one of my favorite holidays. There is nothing like a little red and pink to brighten the day. I chose to wear both colors today in celebration.

Flowers, Ruffles, and Such

Don't you just love the weekend? It gives me some breathing room, a chance to step back and close my eyes for just a moment or two.

Do you remember my pattern drafting class I'm taking? It is really great and I am learning tons! I can't wait to start making my own ideas some time in the future. Preferably when I don't have any homework to worry about. Since fashion has been on the mind, I'll share these great clothing pictures I found on Domino (I get teary-eyed just thinking about it) a while back. I love the shapes, and they make me wish for the warmer weather ahead.
