Dress Rehearsal

First spotted on Great Full Day, Lindsey has been featuring her love of ballet through everyday clothes inspired from a beautiful, graceful art form. I have always loved ballet since I was little and remember always wanting to be as elegant and refined as the prima ballerinas I watched in the Nutcracker. Although my dream of becoming a prima ballerina ballet never did come to life, I would love wearing ballet inspired clothes for my daily wear.

Stripes, Sequins, and Cheeky Tights

Ack! Has it been a whole week already? Sorry for the absence, but school has been kicking my butt lately. I know, I know, lame excuse- will you forgive me anyway:) ?

So, this fall I have noticed fashion playing with color, pattern, and texture. I love in this spread they use menswear details jazzed up with a few playful sparkles :) I would love to add some of this style inspiration to my wardrobe this fall.

Butterfly Kisses

The moment I saw these engagement pictures...I had to share the love. They have been floating throughout the blog-o-sphere for a couple of weeks, so many of you have probably already seen them, but they are amazing aren't they? These pictures captured by Sloan Photographers just take my breath away. Butterfly kisses, colorful and funky outfits, and soft lighting at the end of a summer day. What more could you ask for? I just love, love, love, all of her freckles that can be seen in the first picture. Hope you are having a good start to the week ahead. I am off to finish the rest of my homework for tomorrow.
