For those of you in the Halloween spirit or those of you who want to be in the Halloween spirit, I have a project for you! I saw this garland featured on Candice's blog back in 2007 and fell in love with the garland that she and her mom constructed. Mainly consisting of paper and glitter, this project is low cost but super spooky. The instructions can be viewed on Candice Stringham Photography. If anyone decides to make this, let me know, I would love to see pictures. .
