I stumbled upon a website a few weeks ago called, Hooked on Houses. There are all kinds of interior shots posted, but one section in particular is on Celebrity Houses. This is where I found the $6.9 million dollar country home of Reese Witherspoon that she recently bought in Ojai, California.
.
The pictures featured above appeared in House Beautiful, when it was owned by interior designer, Kathryn M. Ireland. She described the home stating that she loved the "classic Spanish architecture, but [it also had] a sense of bohemian fun, comfortable and loose". These rooms are definitely drool worthy. I love all of the bright colors that Kathryn used against a neutral backdrop, consisting of rock, hardwood flooring, and bright white paint. I am sure if there were pictures on the site featuring the home now owned by Reese, they would be just as impressive.
.
Head on over to House Beautiful to see the original article that was featured in the magazine then head on over to Hooked on Houses, to explore all your favorite celebrities homes. Hope you are having a good Thursday! Here's to the weekend ahead!

Ohh gorgeous. I absolutely adore the first picture. It's like the bed is in it's own little room.
You are so sweet. Thank you to all compliments you gave. That cuff was such a find. I got it at Urban Outfitters for no more than 4 dollars earlier this year. I absolutely love this, and I must say I love this blog! I am going to have to follow it..that's it! Seriously, everything about this blog I love. Is fiddlesticks a company? Or are you two just awesome girls who appreciate awesome things? EIther way, keep it us, it's fantastic. And that picture of Reese reminds me a lot of picture of Audrey Hepburn, I love that photo.
Thanks again!
I could see this becoming an addiction, ha:)
oh, all those colors and textures are amazing! what a gorgeous home.
I love Reese Witherspoon, she's one of my favorite actresses. And the home she chose is beautiful--I'd take it in a heartbeat. ;-) I really like it was decorated before she bought it too. The kitchen and dining room decor are great! Thanks so much for sharing this blog...I have a feeling I'll be hooked. :-)
